Enclave

ABOUT

The Enclave was created as a vessel to bring evidence-based performance nutrition concepts to athletes who want to improve their ability to move, recover, and stay healthy.

Located in Portland, Oregon. We strive to bring together athletes of different types, ages, abilities and locations to maximize performance, align our nutrition and lifestyle, become self-sustainable, and improve our community.

Founded at the start of 2016, offer fitness and nutrition coaching services for elite to recreational athletes in the pursuit of strength, speed, and power.

ENCLAVE: any small, distinct area or group enclosed or isolated within a larger one.

The vision for Enclave is beyond nutrition and coaching services...

We hope that in the next 3 years we will be able to open physical doors to our enclave. It will be a 'third place' where athletes and health-minded portlandians are able to feast and nourish, learn and grow, move and rest. Our focus will be high caliber, nourishing food served with local fair-trade coffee, beer and wine. We will also have group fitness classes, nutrition challenges and lectures, and free 'movement' space, creating a rich environment for anyone who considers fitness part of their lifestyle. The most common 'third place' you likely know is Starbucks. However, Starbucks is everything we are not.

As we move towards this goal, follow our blog and take advantage of the services we offer now.
